Terms of Service

The fine print, made readable.

Last updated: September 2, 2026

The short version: be honest, keep your account safe, review what our AI suggests, and your financial data always stays yours.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Expense Trackee, operated from Pakistan. They cover everything we offer: the website at expensetrackee.com, the web dashboard at app.expensetrackee.com, the Android app, and our WhatsApp assistant.

By creating an account or using any part of the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Expense Trackee.

2. Your account

When you sign up, give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Your login credentials are yours alone — keep them safe and do not share them.

Each person may hold one account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so tell us right away at support@expensetrackee.com if you suspect someone else has accessed it.

3. Plans, limits & billing

Expense Trackee offers a Free plan, a Premium plan (Rs 349 per month in Pakistan, $9.99 per month internationally), and a Business plan (Rs 799 per month in Pakistan) with invoices, clients, projects and team features. The Free plan includes daily quotas on the WhatsApp assistant and plan limits on some features.

Paid plans bill monthly. We may change prices, but we will give you notice before a new price applies to you. If you downgrade, the limits of your new plan apply again — content over those limits stays stored but may become read-only.

For refunds, see our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use Expense Trackee only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to access other users’ data, probe or disrupt our systems, or abuse quotas and rate limits — including automating requests to get around them.

Public invoice payment links are for sharing invoices with your clients. Do not misuse them to distribute spam, misleading content, or anything unrelated to a genuine invoice.

5. Your content

Your financial records — transactions, wallets, budgets, goals, invoices, and receipts — remain yours. We claim no ownership over them.

What we do with your data

You grant us only the license we need to store and process your content so the service works — for example, running AI extraction on receipts you submit so a transaction can be prefilled for you.

6. AI accuracy

Receipt scanning and the WhatsApp assistant are powered by AI, and AI can make mistakes — an amount misread, a category guessed wrong, a date off by a day.

You have the final say

Nothing is saved without you: you confirm every AI-suggested entry before it lands in your records. That also means you are responsible for reviewing your records and correcting anything the AI got wrong.

7. Invoices

Invoicing lets you create invoices and share public payment links with clients. You are responsible for the contents of every invoice you send — its accuracy, applicable taxes, and its legality in your jurisdiction.

Expense Trackee is not a party to your agreements with clients and does not process the underlying payments. We provide the paperwork; the business relationship is yours.

8. Availability & changes

We work hard to keep Expense Trackee available and fast, but the service is provided “as is” — we cannot promise it will never be down or error-free.

The product also keeps evolving: features may be added, changed, or retired over time. If a change materially affects how you use the service, we will let you know.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app or dashboard. A grace period applies before deletion becomes final, so you can change your mind and recover your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms — for example, abusing quotas, misusing invoice links, or attempting to access data that is not yours. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

10. Liability

Expense Trackee helps you organise your finances; it does not give financial, tax, or legal advice, and decisions you make based on your records are your own.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute connected to them or to the service will be handled in the courts of Pakistan.
